Onboarding of the merchant

Please note that your PPAM will assist with the technical steps and addendum

signing required to onboard an existing merchant to URocked, as we will not be

explaining that process in detail in this guide.

Once again, each Paynt Partner has their own communication style and process

which you follow when onboarding merchants who have agreed to receive URocked,

below we will share some of the successful techniques we have refined for

onboarding large numbers of satisfied merchants throughout the EU and UK:

  • Reassure the merchant that they and their staff will receive thorough training during the installation process so that they can begin accepting tips as soon as possible.

  • Remind the merchant that the sooner they sign the addendum or MPA, the quicker we can install URocked.

  • Reiterate that URocked has incredibly high levels of customer support and technical assistance
