Once your merchant has agreed to use URocked and the onboarding process is
complete, we will now assist you by providing a checklist of steps to follow
before installation of URocked: including communication scripts/texts, and training
materials for sharing with the merchant and their staff, in both video and PDF format.
We will also provide our recommendations on how to ensure that the merchant’s
installation is successful, and merchant staff are encouraged to start using URocked
to the product’s full potential.
In this way, we will maximise your revenues as a Paynt Partner.
Below, we will begin with your internal checklist for URocked merchants, once they
have signed their MPA, and agreed to an installation date with you.
