Post-installation and HAM / Monitoring stage

Below, please find your internal checklist for URocked merchants, to be used for 1 month following the installation. Again, the goal here is to maximise staff usage of URocked on the POS terminal, during the customer transaction process. By utilising HAM techniques and the checklist we have provided below, you can lengthen the lifetime of the merchant relationship with you, and also maximise your revenue.

Checklist for Post-Installation and HAM / Monitoring stage of URocked merchants

Post-Installation:

Make weekly calls to the managers and owners personally: once a week for the first 4 weeks - ask “How are things going?” with the terminal and tips, and whether there are any new staff members we need to train.

Daily monitoring of all transactions and tipping, to ensure that the tip % of bill transactions are adhering to averages for your country.

Share guides for staff to get more tips. For example, the “5 tips to get tips” videos and PDFs.

After 4 weeks if all is well, introduce CSTS numbers to the merchant: and/or re-visit on a monthly basis, to offer to train new staff.
